This biryani curry / biryani gravy is not that difficult to make, Get Curried has brought this recipe of how to make biryani gravy at home with easy and quick steps.<br /><br /><br />Ingredients:<br />3-4 tbsp Oil<br />2 Bay Leaves<br />1 tsp Fenugreek Leaves<br /><br />For Onion Paste (1 Cup) <br />1 Onion<br />2 Green chillies<br />1 Inch Ginger<br />3-4 Cloves Garlic<br /><br />2 Tomatoes (Grated)<br />3 tbsp Coconut paste<br />1/2 tsp turmeric powder<br />1 tsp Red Chilli Powder<br />1 tsp coriander seed powder<br />1 tsp Biryani Masala Powder<br />1/2 ltr Water<br />Coriander Leaves (Chopped)<br />Salt<br /><br />Biryani Masala : https://youtu.be/5SfuADEKh10<br /><br />Method : <br />1. Take oil in a wok, add bay leaves, fenugreek leaves, onion paste and saute it.<br />2. Now put tomato into it and saute till the oil separates.<br />3. Also add some coconut paste till the oil separate.<br />4. Add into it turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander seed powder & biryani masala powder and saute it.<br />5. Finally add water, salt and coriander leaves and let the curry boil properly.<br />6. Once the curry is boiled well, turn off the flame and serve the delicious & hot biryani gravy.<br />
